We discovered Zoho
We did a process study analysis of our operations and was looking for software solution and one of our employees suggested us to have a look at Zoho One Platform.
We believe that organizations are made up of individuals and any sustainable change or growth needs to build from ground up. We believe in transforming organizations one individual at a time. Our solutions be it psychometric tools, professional certifications or consulting offerings are all geared to help people work, live and grow consciously.

As our organization was growing and it is imperative that we look at systems and process in an integrated platform – which will give a 360-degree view of our customers and products.
We had disparate systems, which served its purposes during our initial stages, but as we started to grow, we found the limitations of disparate systems – mainly the lack of integrations.

Brainstorming
During our brainstorming sessions with Deepa, it was clear that we were looking at developing a custom solutions for our unique requirement which then integrates with our Books of Accounts.
We shared our process maps with Deepa and slowly, we moved from our disparate systems to more unified Zoho One Platform. The process is ongoing from September 2019 onwards.

Deepa Govind
